An own employment agency can be set up by anyone who does not have financial arrears in taxes, social security contributions, health insurance and the Labour Fund and Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund. The entrepreneur must not have been previously punished for offences or misdemeanours related to the activity on the labour market, and there must not be a liquidation or bankruptcy procedure opened against him.
